Robert M. Skipper is a distinguished U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a remarkable career spanning over 30 years in senior and executive-level leadership and management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Averitt College and an MBA from Averitt University, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.

Robert is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), showcasing his expertise in the field. He is highly proficient in commercial and industrial construction, as well as real estate development, making significant contributions to various projects throughout his career.

In addition to his professional achievements, Robert serves on the National Board of Directors and chairs the Standards Committee that was instrumental in publishing the 12th Edition Standard Estimating Practice, exemplifying his commitment to advancing industry standards.

Robert has also held several key positions on the boards of renowned industry organizations, including the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE). His leadership and dedication to these organizations reflect his passion for fostering growth and innovation within the construction and real estate sectors.
